Job Description

I. Job Responsibilities: Primarily responsible for the production and procurement of externally purchased components and machined parts that support our products.
1. Develop new suppliers for the materials under your responsibility, perform cost calculations, engage in price negotiations, and confirm material specifications and delivery dates.
2. Prepare contracts for materials, track deliveries, handle non-conforming and abnormal situations, and perform subsequent accounting tasks.
3. Implement and refine cost reduction and control plans;
4. Develop, evaluate, and manage suppliers, and maintain relationships with them;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the procurement supervisor.

II. Job Requirements
1. Associate’s degree or higher, with more than one year of work experience and proficient in operating various office software.
2. Proactive and enthusiastic about work, with strong learning and communication skills.
3. Possess a strong sense of dedication, a spirit of teamwork, and the ability to follow instructions;
4. Knowledge and understanding of mechanical principles are preferred.
